About Me
My background includes experience in telecommunications, gaming, training, regulatory, marketing, recruiting, manufacturing and technology. I have experience leading both large and small teams and presenting to executives and audiences.
My professional skills include people and project management along with product implementation, design and management. I have an M.A. in Strategic Communications rounding out my arsenal of skills with global and crisis communication, interactive media, Marcom planning and execution, persuasive speaking and campaign management.
I can create and iterate roadmaps, maintain product sets, and lead continuous improvement and the delivery of new products and functionalities to existing products. I have led, managed and collaborated with cross-functional teams, worked with key stakeholders, overseen beta products and been the ambassador for products both internally and externally.
I am I am aware of my own emotional intelligence; I know what leadership shadow I cast and how to adapt to the communications style of others. I have invested in myself in order to be the best communicator and leader that I can be. I push myself and others to drive innovative ideas. I hone my leadership and presentation skills by taking leadership positions in the community and at work. I have served on the event leadership team and as event lead for Relay for Life of Southern Nevada, on the board of Cox Charities and Caesars HERO and led multiple mentoring circles.
